Please be informed that your child will be bringing home their annual report tomorrow.

The report consists of a table to show attainment and effort in curriculum areas, along with targets for key curriculum areas and a teacher comment. As teachers cannot possibly comment on every aspect of the curriculum, your child’s teacher will have written about areas that have been a focus of key learning since September or topics that your child may have excelled in. Any concerns will also have been addressed. Targets for learning will be focused on an objective that has been taught this year but, as of yet, is not secure or may be a target to deepen knowledge. Mrs Wilks or Miss Meiner have also personally read and commented on every pupil’s report.

An acknowledgement slip is provided for you to complete and return to school along with details of your child’s attendance. We do welcome comments so that we can continue to work together to support our pupils and improve our reporting system in the future. Please do not hesitate to contact school if you have any queries regarding your child’s report.
