We are in constant contact with our IT provider to get updates regarding the issue with the incorrect school meal price being charged through our systems. We have received a further update today that they are hopeful that the update they have created will be run and put on our system throughout the school half term break and the issue solved when we return.

Again, can we please ask that in the meantime you are mindful when paying for school dinners, your child's account balance will slightly differ from the amount that is being shown. The meal price that is being charged to accounts is currently the old price of £2.36, and not the correct price of £2.66. Therefore, the balance will change when this error is rectified.

For example; if your child has had a meal every day throughout this term, their account balance will increase by £1.50 per week. This term has been a 8 week term, therefore the balance will increase by £12.00 if the issue is resolved by the time we return after the half term break.

Please ensure you continue to pay £2.66 per meal as we do not wish for anyone to incur any debt. Please bear with us and we appreciate your support in this matter. Thank you
